Associate Professor of Organizational Ethics in the Department of Management and holder of the Chair in Organizational Ethics and Governance of Artificial Intelligence at HEC Montréal
Joé T. Martineau is an associate professor of organizational ethics in the Department of Management and holds the Chair in Organizational Ethics and Governance of Artificial Intelligence at HEC Montréal.
She is also co-leader of the Ethics, EDI and Indigenous Engagement group within the IVADO IAR3 program. Her research, teaching and intervention interests focus on ethics and governance issues affecting private, public and health sector organizations.
Her work has notably led her to examine the composition and effectiveness of ethics programs and the diversity of ethical management practices in organizations, the various factors that influence the ethical reflection, decision making and behavior of organizational actors, as well as the ethics and governance issues linked to digital transition and the development and deployment of artificial intelligence in organizations.
